Page size
For fiction and essays, it seems reasonable to write it normally, and let the reader scroll down. For mathematical subjects, it may be better to do it in screenfuls with links. The Fibonacci page looks very scrappy. I need to find a way to make tables neat.
Protection
The green Edit button has a dropdown menu which includes "Protect" as an option.
